How fast can somebody actually get here?
Our target is four hours on site anywhere in Dauphin, Cumberland or York county, and we hit it on the large majority of calls. If your machine stops a deadline, say so when you call and you go to the front of the queue.
Do I have to lease, or can I buy outright?
Either. Buying outright usually wins if you keep machines a long time and print steadily. Leasing wins if you would rather hold the cash and have service and toner in one predictable monthly figure. We will show you both numbers side by side.
What happens at the end of a lease?
You return it, renew it, or buy it at fair market value. We write the end of term terms on the quote in plain language, and we do not use automatic evergreen renewals that roll you into another year if you miss a notice window.
Can you service a machine you did not sell me?
Yes. We support all the major brands and we are happy to take over a fleet somebody else installed. We will audit what you have before recommending you replace any of it.
How do you charge for colour?
Per page, at a rate written on your agreement. We meter colour and mono separately so you are never paying a colour rate for a black and white page, which is the most common way print bills quietly inflate.
